Difference between smoothies and centrifuged
Let's start with an interesting distinction:

They are recommended to those who need to hydrate, purify, to those suffering from water retention and who is convalescing.
What is the substantial difference, then? The shakes are rich in fiber, the living juices of enzymes, minerals, water and vitamins while centrifuged contain little fiber and plenty of water.
Fruit peels or peel?
Good question: the smoothie obviously yes, but in live juices and centrifuged depends, the peel contains most of the nutrients, however it needs to be organic and not sprayed with pesticides and various poisons.

To shake obviously you can add water (but in this case it is diluted too much in my opinion), vegetable milk (much better than cow's milk, so less fat and calories), coconut water (ideal for detox, stay in shape and have a beautiful skin), yogurt (lactic ferments and I said it all).
Warning: the fruit smoothies are more caloric than those of vegetables, so do not overdo it, in fact, those of vegetables are most recommended for those who want to remain on the line.
Here are some of the main ingredients:
- Pineapple: rich in vitamins A and C, calcium, phosphorus and potassium but especially of bromelain, a powerful anti-inflammatory ideal against cellulite. Excellent to cleanse the body;
- Apple: rich in fiber and vitamins, good for purifying, for relieving heartburn and to strengthen the immune system;
- Avocado: contains a lot of vitamin E and B, and a lot of good fats, as well as fiber, good against high cholesterol, constipation and to improve the skin;

- Cucumber: purifying, diuretic and detoxifying, good for improving the appearance of the skin and cleanse the body and get rid of water retention;
- Spinach: rich in minerals, excellent against bone degeneration, such as energy and snack breaks hunger.
Of course, then you can add peaches, apricots, plums, blackberries, strawberries and other fruits or vegetables but in principle the ingredients listed above are the basis.
The shakes have contraindications? When you do not overdo it with the shakes?
When you suffer from:
chronic dysentery;
irritable bowel syndrome;
diabetes (as regards the fruit);
acidity and reflux (carefully choose the fruit).
Recipes for fruit smoothies and vegetables
And finally we, the recipes! Here are the ingredients, straight and combinations to give a health boost, and beauty, to our body.
1. Blended tan
Ingredients: 4 apricots, 2 small carrots, 1 peach, half a cup of coconut water. Wash and clean the fruit and carrots, add the coconut water and blend.
2. digestive smoothie
Ingredients: 1 yellow apple, 2 slices of ginger, 3 slices of pineapple, 2/3 tablespoons of low-fat yogurt. Wash the fruit, peel, peel the ginger and pineapple and blend. Add in the last yogurt.

If you want a thicker smoothie add yogurt but if you prefer more liquid add water; mix fruits and vegetables carefully in order not to get a smoothie from the terrible taste. Blend at low speed for a short time in order to heat up too much ingredients and lose valuable nutrients.
