3 vegetable oils for the beauty of your hair

Women know very well how much time and effort it costs to keep healthy, bright and shiny. In the hot summer months it is not at all a rare phenomenon to see their hair dry up, lose consistency and assist the formation of split ends. In this case there is no better solution than the use of some vegetable oils: the only ones able to penetrate, nourish the hair at the root and thus promote the regeneration and look its best.

For dry and damaged hair from too much sun: coconut oil

The coconut oil is perhaps one of the best nutrient for hair. Unlike vegetable butters from similar virtues, it is a product that becomes fluid at medium-low temperatures: around 26 degrees Centigrade coconut oil takes on a liquid appearance, similar to that of sesame. It is applied to dry hair at least two or three times a month and leave on for half an hour. In addition to nourish and polish the hair, coconut oil has the distinction of reducing parasites and infections. Great, therefore, Anti pediculosis - associated with essential oils - and dandruff. In these cases, the product must be used in a constant and, when possible, taking posing a whole night. To delete just a shampoo.

Castor oil to strengthen the hair

Castor oil is the perfect remedy for hair strong, healthy and shiny. When heat, stress or change of season increase hair loss or thinning them, try doing some wrap with castor seed oil for three months. The ideal is to repeat on a weekly basis before the traditional shampoo. The oil is obtained by cold squeezing of seeds of a plant called Ricinus communis. Following this operation, the product is filtered to remove a toxic compound, ricin. As in the case of coconut oil, also it helps to reduce fungal infections - thus also dandruff - and the inflammation of the scalp.

mango oil: hair nourished like you've never seen

Last - but not least - is the mango butter made by cold pressing of its seeds. It is also a product suited to hot summer days. If it can be applied, in fact, a small nut over the entire length of the hair to avoid the drying up caused by the sun. Not only nourishes the hair thoroughly but makes soft the entire hair fiber. To obtain a more marked effect, you can prepare a mask with mango butter and the fruit pulp puree. The pulp is rich in antioxidants such as beta-Cryptoxanthin, polystyrene, oleic acid and squalene - the latter, a known regenerating skin.
