With sesame regenerate skin, mucous membranes and bones

Although we are in the fall, warm days and pleasant induce the temptation of a few "fling" the sea to enjoy the ultimate tan. But attention to the health of the skin: often you run the risk of underestimating the "tan" the last time, heat stroke, and inflammation of the mucous membranes due to climatic changes, which can cause damage for which you will pay the consequences in the months to to come.

A supply of vitamins and Omega 3

A useful aid in this season is represented by Sesame: as early as the sixth century BC Assyrians were using its oil as an ointment, as a condiment and as a tonic medicine for injuries. Its healing properties are due to the significant amount of vitamins and linoleic acid it contains: this good fat, which protects the heart and circulation, also it has the amazing ability to take action on the metabolism of the subcutaneous cellular tissue, thus nourishing the skin and making it so protected and elastic. Furthermore, if we assume the sesame oil (but also its seeds) as a food supplement, it also improves the resistance of the mucous membrane attack from viruses and bacteria. Vitamin E, for its part, improves hydration of the skin and protects against weathering and smog, which tends to increase in autumn. Having strong antioxidant capacity, this vitamin is able to counteract the formation of free radicals during exposure to ultraviolet rays, thus preventing wrinkles, sun spots, dermatitis and hyper pigmentation.

Nourishes marrow and nerve tissue
The sesame oil contains eight essential amino acids important, as well as for the epidermal health, also for the metabolism of brain tissues, that this month are put to the test by the recovery stress. It is also a good practice to use the seeds as seasoning instead of salt: just toast them lightly in a pan and mix with chopped herbs to achieve a natural flavor enhancer super-rich in minerals, which also reinforces the "hard tissue" of the body such as the bones and nails.

Avoid peeling, dryness and redness
A cure with the sesame oil in this important period because this vegetable fat has considerable soothing properties and is, for this reason, extremely useful for the treatment of irritations, to combat excessive dryness of the skin and the tendency to capillary fragility, which is accentuated with the cold.

-Here We go: for a month, every morning take a teaspoon of sesame oil bio tea and add a pinch of its seeds to yogurt, salads and soups. Not exceed 1-2 months of care because, at high doses, sesame may reduce the absorption of certain minerals, including iron. Repeat 3-4 cycles of treatment per year.
