The ideal temperature is that it does not exceed 4-5 degrees. This trick allows you to reduce calories by 50% rice. The coconut oil, together with the low temperature, can change the chemical structure of the rice. Through this little trick we can transform the starch digested in resistant starch and so reduce the calories. There are of course many types of rice, each of which has specific beneficial properties, but with this remedy we can be able to enjoy a good dish of this food, without thinking too much overweight.
