Homemade soap 100% natural

The homemade soap has a big advantage over those that we find in the store: we know exactly what's inside. We can produce it using only natural ingredients, thus avoiding all the chemicals that are likely to be slightly sensitive to our skin tissues. With homemade soap and  up we nourish the skin while respecting the level of natural acidity. The types of soap that we can directly create with our hands are a lot and totally customizable according to the benefits and flavors that we want to give the product. There are many varieties of natural soaps, each has different properties. The oatmeal soap is a natural exfoliant, very suitable for sensitive skin. Honey and lemon: preparation of homemade soap

Let's start by saying that the easiest way to make soap is with glycerin. Using the time that elapses between the creation glycerine soap and use is very short and the risks linked to the use of caustic soda are omitted.

So we try to make a soap with lemon and honey with vegetable glycerin. Lemon and honey are the perfect elements to clean your face and re balance excess sebum, especially on the areas of the chin, nose and forehead. This soap will clean deep into the skin, ridding it of bacterial impurities thanks to the action of lemon disinfectant and will re balance the pH of the skin thanks to the nourishing properties of honey, one of the most powerful skin regenerators.


ingredients:

  •     6 tablespoons of oatmeal
  •     4 tablespoons honey choice, from organic production
  •     Zest and juice of one lemon
  •     100 ml extra virgin olive oil
  •     250 grams of pure glycerin (you can easily find it in herbal medicine)
  •     4 drops of lemon essential oil


What do you need:

  •     A pot and a pan
  •     a blender
  •     A wooden spoon
Molds: plastic containers (plastic does not alter the soap): yogurt cups and puddings, or any container that allows easy removal of the soap, when ready, without altering its form


The process:

  •  Set a pot of water on the stove and bring the water to a boil. Now cut the glycerin into small pieces and fillers in a saucepan and put them to cook in a double boiler. Leave dissolve the glycerine stirring with a wooden spoon often and gently (glycerin must not get to boiling, its melting point is still at 60 ° C).
  • Heated in a pan 100 ml of extra virgin olive oil. The oil must be lukewarm as if too hot loses its properties.
  • Pour into blender melted glycerin, oatmeal, honey, the juice and zest of lemon pieces made (by not also introduce seeds) and 4 drops of lemon essential oil: blend it all until you reach a homogeneous mixture by adding hot oil a little 'at a time.
  • Then pour the mixture into plastic molds and let stand in the refrigerator for a day.

Here you can finally use your homemade soap. If you want to store it, wrap it in plastic wrap.
