Anti-inflammatory foods: what are the 10 most effective? The inflammations are defense mechanisms that the body puts in place when some areas are affected by damage caused by physical agents, toxic, chemical or biological origin. Through the inflammatory process our body can excrete viruses, bacteria and damaged cells. Usually, in order to counteract inflammation, we resort to drugs. But we have to remember that inflammation can be fought first of all at the table. Should always be present in our food supply some suitable food. Let's see which are the most valid.

1. Garlic
